You are interacting with a closed system. Cynthia Padma, operating from Barcelona, Spain, is the sole architect and data controller of the information collected on this infrastructure. Your data is not outsourced, sold, or shared with external agencies.

02. THE INPUTS (DATA COLLECTION)

This system only processes the data you explicitly choose to anchor. This is limited to:

  • Your name and email address when joining the Private Ledger.
  • The specific somatic friction points you share when submitting a Resonance Audit for the 1:1 Calibration.

There is no background behavioral tracking. There are no invisible marketing pixels monitoring your navigation.

03. THE PURPOSE

Your information serves a singular, focused objective. It is utilized exclusively to evaluate your systemic resonance for the Pilot Protocol and to transmit highly specific, low-volume updates regarding future protocol deployments. There is no automated marketing funnel. There is no mass spam. Your inbox is treated as a space requiring biological safety.

04. USER SOVEREIGNTY (YOUR RIGHTS)

You maintain absolute sovereignty over your presence in this system. At any given moment, you retain the legal right to:

  • Request total access to the data held about you.
  • Demand the immediate rectification of any errors.
  • Order a complete neural wipe (total deletion) of your contact from the database.
